It started back when….

I was working in internal sales. I was earning a pretty decent amount of money, with some great (and some not so great) colleagues. It was quite flexible in many ways, a 10 minute drive from home and it allowed me to live in an apartment on the beach in Cronulla. Tick, tick, tick. Unfortunately, this came with a HUGE amount of stress. I felt over run, under valued and taken advantage of. I had a ‘problem’ shoulder, that I could never get sorted out. At times it was so painful I wanted to cut it off. I’m not even joking.

I wanted more from life than to work my butt off, but I wasn’t willing to give up my lifestyle, and therefore the job. I needed to reduce the stress though, otherwise I was going to burn out or have a meltdown

I saw an Emotional Health Therapist who used Kinesiology. By removing the stress, I was able to CALMLY and HAPPILY continue on doing the job, letting me live the life I loved.

As a bonus I had a major breakthrough in getting rid of the pain in my shoulder. It seems that the stress caused by the job was affecting my posture terribly, and this is what was behind the pain! Once the stress was sorted, so was the shoulder.

Today I’ve been free from depression and anxiety for 7 years and this is a direct result of kinesiology. I no longer feel over run, under valued and taken advantage of, and I feel more calm and centred.

After having such success with my Emotional Health Therapist, I decided I wanted to help women, who like me, worked a job that caused them stress. I studied Holistic Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine, which have a Traditional Chinese Medicine foundation, and I’ve been helping women defuse stress since 2014.

Some of the things you may be experiencing as a side effect of stress are sleep disturbances, depression and anxiety. Others include digestive issues, headaches, clenched jaws and muscle tension, fertility issues, and extra fat storage around the tummy. By working with me in reducing the stress, we will be working on the other symptoms too.

One client I worked with had such a great result in a work meeting she was dreading. We had used a technique during her session, where she visualised all possible outcomes. This is her feedback: “It went smoothly and calmly and one of the moments I visualised even happened!! Amazing.” Although her visualisation was actualised, there was no emotion attached to it. This made it easy to deal with, while keeping her cool. She ended up getting the best outcome during the meeting.
